CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cost of service cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but this cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule effectively. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment. Exceptions: in the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee.
